DUE TO THE ONGOING TARRIFF CONFUSION & PREPAID DUTIES NOW REQUIRED, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause all web sales shipping to the US. We’ve removed our US shipping option, and will resume when things settle.

& WITH THE RECENT CANADA POST STRIKE, We are now using an alternate carrier for all shipments. The good news, shipping will remain our same flat rate of $20.00, unless it’s an oversized/heavy weight item, in which case we may contact you for additional payment. We encourage anyone local to select the “Free In Store Pickup" option at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: If an item is listed as SOLD OUT, it is likely available for special order. Please reach out to team@facetsjewellery.ca and we’d be happy to order anything in for you. There is typically a 2-3 week turnaround on special orders.
$20.00 flat rate express shipping with tracking anywhere in Canada. Orders will be packaged & shipped within 2 business days after the order is received. In order to reduce our environmental footprint, we may recycle packaging materials for shipping purposes.
We encourage FREE, same day, in store pickup on all items during business hours. Select ‘Free in-store pickup’ at checkout for this option.
We ask that you choose your online purchases carefully and check measurements. If there are any questions about product sizes, don’t hesitate to give us a call; we’re happy to help!
All earrings & clearance items are final sale. We will gladly exchange all other unworn/unused items with original packaging for store credit (minus shipping) within 30 days of purchase. We do not issue refunds on purchases.
In the unlikely event that we are out of stock on an item in your checkout, we will contact you promptly & either refund your card, or give you the option to let us order it in for you and ship within 2-3 weeks.
